Mikayla was wonderful and professional in trying to help me find a place. After two units became unavailable, due to situations outside of her control, she did her best to try to accommodate, including meeting with me for showings after normal business hours. Awful customer experience. Doesn't answer calls and would not return left messages and texts. Tried completing an online application twice because the site crashed in the middle of filling it up and had to redo everything so I gave up on the third time. I feel like I dodged a bullet because I cant imagine having a problem on a rental property and I wouldn't be able to contact this property management.
